Any individual entrepreneur or commercial organization with the exception of unitary enterprises, legally registered according to the legislation of the Russian Federation in the territory of the urban district of Fryazino and entered into an agreement with the Joint Stock Company “Management company for special economic zone “Istok” (JSC “MC SEZ “Istok”) on realizing technical and implementation activities in the manner and on the conditions provided for by the Federal Law № 116-ФЗ dated July 22, 2005 “ On the special economic zones in the Russian Federation” can become the resident of the SEZ TIT “Istok”.
