On August 28, 2020, in Saratov, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of a special economic zone of a technology-innovative type, created on the territories of the Engels, Balakovsky municipal districts and the municipal formation “City of Saratov” of the Saratov region, was held.<\/em><\/h6>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Supervisory Board was chaired by the Vice Governor of the Saratov Region – Chairman of the Government of the Saratov Region Alexander Mikhailovich Sterlyukhin.<\/h6>\r\n
The meeting adopted the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board. The strategy for the development of the new economic zone caused a heated discussion among those present. It should be noted that one of the main functions of the Supervisory Board is to review, approve and control the implementation of long-term plans for the development of a special economic zone.<\/h6>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

As a result of the meeting, the Prospective plan for the development of a special economic zone of a technology-innovative type, created in the Engels, Balakovsky municipal districts and the “City of Saratov” municipality, was approved. Business plan of JSC NPP “Almaz” for the implementation of the investment project was taken into account.<\/h6>\r\n
